“Nothing”

“The place is a little dated but clean. Short safe walk to the beach/boardwalk. We stayed just before the start of the season. Not much activity when we were there. It was quiet. Although construction was happening across the street, but that will not be there forever. Diagonally across is a Deli which was great for coffee and breakfast we even had lunch there. Everything we had was delicious. Staff at the Deli were nice and pleasant. I understand that during the season the hotel includes……

“Everything was clean and freshly painted. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location a block from the middle of the boardwalk was ideal.”

“The general area was dirty. The room was dirty. The stove was caked with grease and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I had no hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks. My air conditioner stopped working for a while. The toilet didn’t flush properly and when I called 2 times to report it no one answered the phone. The best part of my whole stay was the hot water in the shower. When I first turned the water on it didn’t get warm. I finally turned the faucet as if I wanted cold water and……

“When we checked in went to our room I put some drinks in the mini fridge 2 hrs later still not cold so refrigerator wasn't working spoke to manager on site she swaped it out with another the freezer part of mini fridge was full of frozen ice her solution was ill give you extra towels in case it melts and leaks on floor,smh! The bathroom was so dirty toilet seat looked like it was never changed out tub looked dirty and never washed the outside area was not cleaned daily! Our door to our room……

“This property is OK,but all the hotels in seaside are old.My room was somewhat updated,but the outside of the building is scary looking.The pool was nice and clean and the location to the boardwalk was amazing. I paid for the price and convinced.Would I stay there again IDK,maybe”

“Room was super clean and the staff was helpful, parking is a little tight but the staff makes it work. It was nice being right at the boardwalk and the Waterpark with plenty to do around you”

“The pool is absolutely beautiful we loved hanging out by the pool for our stay … the only issue was the sheets but that’s expected if u bring ur own your good . I enjoyed our stay next summer I will definitely go back for the pool”
