"Our room on the 25th floor, overlooking the harbour, was very comfortable and was exactly as described. The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay again."
"The room was spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly. The lobby area had a gorgeous large Christmas tree. There were also other trees throughout the hotel. Breakfast at the Victoria cafe was good "

"All of the staff were super friendly, willing to help. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we had the option to valet our car for a fee which was very convenient. Great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge & King St. The lobby bar was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed overnight in the Historic Double Suite. We loved the nostalgia of the original exterior windows. The rooms have been renovated, and included a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and was a decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend One King West Hotel."
"Loved the Saturday breakfast that is included. We really enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub on the 22nd floor. It helped make our stay a very relaxing experience. "
"This property is almost directly across the street from union station. I was traveling alone & on a late flight. I felt safe walking the 150m my phone said the walk to the hotel was at almost midnight. The staff was really friendly. The interior is modern & new. The rooms are small, but it was perfect for just me. I was attending a conference at the convention center which was only 400m walk from hotel. I did have breakfast at the hotel twice. The banana bread French toast with fresh berries is delightful! I also used the gym once. It’s small but has a couple treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a weight bench with free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands & a couple yoga mats. Not bad for a small hotel. "
