The hotel is situated inside a beautiful high-end mall, which made everything so convenient including a grocery store where I could easily grab a few essentials I forgot to pack. The location is also incredibly walkable, with easy access to the Central Train Station and surrounding neighborhoods. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Andreina. What a lovely person! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed during our trip. She pulled out maps, shared thoughtful recommendations, and gave us tips that helped us explore so many great local neighborhoods we might have otherwise missed. Thanks to her guidance, we experienced Amsterdam in such a rich and meaningful way. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Element Amsterdam for making me and my friend feel special, welcomed, and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again!"
