"This property is super convenient, located right off the interstate, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We were especially happy when Alison at the front desk was able to switch our room after we realized we were right in the middle of several rooms of energetic, loud teens. She moved is a few floors up to a corner room which was much quieter giving us a more pleasant experience. There was a dinner buffet included the evening we arrived as well as a breakfast buffet the next morning, both offering a variety of options. The food was good and was replenished frequently by friendly staff. Overall, an enjoyable stay. We will likely return when we stay in Richmond again."
