However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…”

“The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

“This cabin surpassed all of my expectations! The best part is the view of the lake. It is even better than the pictures portray! We spent a lot of time on the deck to enjoy the view. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival and the owners have it decorated so nicely. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. Loved the location as well. The neighborhood felt somewhat secluded, but neighbors were close by as well. Loved that it was only a 5...

“We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside chalet, and plan on coming back yearly. We got married on the lake and the pictures dont do justice to how beautiful it is there. The house was really nice and clean, plenty of room for two people.”

“Our kids loved the loft area! They called it their “Treehouse”. MeMaw stayed in one bedroom and my wife and I stayed in the other. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The location of this home is perfect for quickly getting into town or RMNP. We had a couple of mule deer come around the house daily. The home is very cozy with a front and back deck for hanging out after a day in the park or in town. The gas grill...

“Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. ”
