“The hot tub was lovely, and we enjoyed it very much! For the cost of the room we just had a horrible night’s sleep on the bed ~ definitely need to update the mattresses.”

“This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again.”

“Beautiful lodging on Fall River in Estes Park. Only five minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean, although a bit dated. The grounds are maintained well and you will be treated to wild turkeys and Steller's Jays at the bird feeders in season. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, entertaining all my "touristy" questions. I look forward to visiting again, hopefully soon.”
