“Great spot and amazing views everything was as it says unfortunately it was a little dirty in the kids bedroom and left over socks and the shelves had dust but that’s small compared to the value you receive in views and how close you are to the beach. ”

“We sayed the night after the James Taylor Concert at the Bank of NH Pavillion. It is so much fun to walk out the back door and down the wooded path right into the Pavillion.Condo was clean and comfortable.”

“This was a great place! The host Gloria was extremely kind and efficient. Thank you so much! Our family had an amazing time! The ease of checking in and out were great.We had a pretty view of lake and mountains and a private beach right across the street. Booked last minute for a concert at the Bank of Pavillion and was a 5 min walk to the venue! Wish we had booked for longer! We will definitely be back!”

“This location works great for us as we spend the week for the Rally”

“This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. ”

“The property was as described and was the perfect spot for a weekend away and concert.”

“The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers.
