“When our room was not ready at the 4pm check-in time this was a red flag. We were not able to get access to our room until an hour later. Every other group checking in had the same issue. Front desk was unable to provide a timeframe and could only blame the housekeeping team, was another red flag. “What an absolutely fabulous inn! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for, beautiful grounds, the food is incredible!! Comfortable beds, extremely clean...
