“I rented this property after seeing it here and another rental site. An overnight getaway for my family members birthday. We arrived at the home and I realized I never received check in information. I called the renter who answered, apologizing, that they had removed the listing because the AC was out. I asked them what I should do and they recommended a few hotels and said they would act on a refund for me. After contacting the site a few days later I was told that in the fine print, It says...

The bed was a memory foam mattress so it was super comfortable. The mini split made keeping the cabin at the ideal temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The cabin was a excellent location to spend our 20th Anniversary.”
