“Maggy and Anibal have a fantastic rental! The attic apartment is adorable. It's probably the cleanest place I've stayed in my life, including hotels. It feels warm and inviting. Every item is folded and placed with care. I had more dishes and cooking utensils than I could ever need, including disposable plates! I even had some snacks provided. There are two TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and the other being the biggest screen I've ever seen. It connects to your Netflix, Prime...whatever...

“My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay. There is construction on the street nearby which made navigating the one-way streets a bit tricky at first but we figured out...

“This was our second time staying at this residence and it did not disappoint. The home is spacious and has all of the household appliances and amenities needed. Be mindful of parking and noise levels when booking this space as street parking is limited and there’sone neighbor who will complain if you’re playing music or talking too loudly. Great place overall and will definitely book again in the future.”

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”
