“The house and deck had gorgeous views of the river and mountains. It was peaceful and relaxing. Donna, the owner, was very accommodating, sociable and offered us access to the entire home with use of the kitchen, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and outside deck areas. Breakfast was also excellent! We higjly recommend this BandB and will look to visit again in the fall. ”

“Our room was really cute but the AC was not working. We went to the desk at 3am and we were moved to an adorable cottage. I really appreciate that our needs were met immediately and that we were able to get to sleep and enjoy the rest of our stay. I would definitely come back and I would definitely book a cottage instead of the main hotel. The hotel is great but the cottage was amazing. ”

“This was a unique property. It was clean and well maintained. There is no staff onsite but it was easy to get in and safe. ”

“We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine. “We had an awesome time at Massanutten Resort. Our condo was great, we Loved being able to soak in our private jacuzzi tub when the day was done. Went to a paint and sip class, our instructor was great, thanks Nancy, we had so much fun. Played and WON at the Lions bingo weekly gig. Wish we could've stayed longer! We'll be back! ”

“The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”
