Initially right after checking in there was some odor a, house is lot opened for a while. AC was irregular- cold in 1st level but feel hot upper levels. One would feel cold air hitting feet while standing near kitchen sink! Bathroom were new. Not extra towels or sheets! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils.we left specula/ tongs as well. “This is a great place to stay if you enjoy the outdoors, a great view and peace & quiet. The hot tub, deck and fire-pit all have incredible views and are a great way to spend an evening or start your day. All of these areas are well shaded by trees which make them even better during a hot summer day. The home is managed by a rental agency so there are more procedures and processes involved with checking in/out than other places we have stayed, but overall things were smooth.”

The owners even brought us blow up mattresses to help our kids be more comfortable and in the same room. They also left more linens for us as well, very kind!
