“My wife and I stayed at the Eagle Street Retreat for 2 nights over the Total Eclipse weekend. Although the apartment was not ready a check-in time, the contact person with Heavenly Hosts apologized for the inconvenience and told us the cleaning crew was in their way. They arrived shortly after, also apologizing, but left some 45 minutes later leaving the unit spotless, which made my wife happy. And the manager refunded the cleaning fee. “The minute we walked in the door, we saw a roach scurry. And then there were more. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. It is a shame; the place is otherwise clean, the bed is comfy, etc. Would not recommend unless the roach issue has been handled.”
