“Room was very clean and the staff wonerful”

“The pictures are very deceiving. The room was dark, no windows, low ceiling, and pubic hair all over the bath tub. I told the staff and they came to clean the tub. A truck had its window busted out and there were 4 police officers there when we were checking in. ”

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”

“I was in San Antonio for the Texas Senior Games. The hotel was about 15minutes to the track, the location was great. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, the AC worked great. The free breakfast was good too. I had my dog and he loved the room and the grounds too. I would stay again. BTW, the elevators were fast too. Grart Job Team.”
