Located on the second floor, this condo offers views of the beach and bay beyond. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sweet balcony while you breathe in the salty air. Inside, the spacious living room is flooded with natural light from the large windows. It also offers stylish yet comfortable furnishings, including an inviting sleeper sofa (children welcome!). With the large-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to settle in for a relaxing day in or a movie night with friends!

Family get together.
Great location you can see the ocean from your balcony just a 3 minute walk and your sitting on the beach, The place was clean with plenty of extra towels for everyone.The pool was clean and perfect after a day on the beach, Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

The location was perfect! Just across from the beach and trolley access. Loved that they provided chairs, wagon and umbrellas for the beach as well as plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed.

It’s by the main road and it was very noisy. Heated pool was not working. We never received information as to where the beach chairs were. I would also recommend having a book inside the property with suggestions for restaurants and activities along with a guest book for visitors to sign.

Great place for our short trip
Our family stayed here for a few days at the end of May. Wonderful place. Close to the beach which was not crowded at all. Pool is small but we didn’t spend much time there since the beach was just across the street. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach stay!
This space was perfect for our visit to Anna Maria Island. It was clean, had everything we needed and was steps from the beach. The pool was a bonus and it was within walking distance to lots of fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!
The location of this property was perfect! Ocean views right out the front door and was located in between Holmes beach and Bridge Street, so we could go anywhere and it was a short distance. The property was very clean upon arrival. There were also beach chairs / umbrellas for use - which is a huge bonus! Overall this property was perfect for our needs and we would stay here again.

Arrived on Saturday and the air wasn’t working. I had to reach out to the manager multiple times before anyone came to fix it. It was 36 hours without air and when they did come fix the air it was around 11-12 at night and just overall the first two days of my trip was awful

Perfect location. Right in the middle of everything
Our favorite vacation destination. Anna Maria Island is perfect for family vacations. The condo was right across the street from the beach and right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants and gift shops. We’ve stayed at this same location on 5 different occasions and will definitely be coming back! I will say that the washer and dryer needs updating and the shower in the master bedroom was leaking and not usable. We weren’t notified about this before checking in. Once those two issues are addressed the property is perfect!

I loved the location of this condo as it was literally right across the street from the beach. The beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc were great too. My only issue was that we could not get into our room even an hour earlier even though it had already been cleaned and I had already called the office to ask about getting in early. Another suggestion is that there should be a few laundry tabs or laundry detergent in the condo. We ended up having to buy the smallest bottle of laundry detergent we could find bit had to leave the rest behind as we did not have room in our bags for it. But overall a great value and we would stay there again.

Perfect location, memories made!
Clean, quaint 2nd floor apartment, across the street from private quiet beach. Clean and heated pool, quiet building never heard other renters. Apartment had everything we needed toiletries and starter products too! Keurig Nice surprise Plenty of towels, blankets, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, coolers. 3 large flatscreen Smart TVs had prime channels and Alexa Air conditioner and appliances work well. Dryer makes a loud alarm sound for few minutes when it starts, we only ran it when we were out. sleeps 6 comfortably. Centrally located to everything, would definitely rent again! Thanks for memories… great experience
