I arrived at the house at 3:15 for a 4:00 pm availability. The door was open and I found a young lady still cleaning on the lower level. I asked her if she was finished upstairs in the living area and she said yes. I asked if we could put our perishable food away after our 9 hour drive and she agreed. I told her we would not come downstairs to interfere with her cleaning. Ten minutes later the manager came storming in yelling and calling us rude for barging in. He threatened to cancel my reservation and said we could not check in until 4:30 because of our actions. He demanded we remove everything or he would throw it out. I tried to explain my interaction with the young lady but would not stop yelling at me. I am a 82 year old woman who had traveled to 75 countries and I have never encountered anyone like him. Most hotels bend over backwards to accommodate their guests. After a cost of nearly 10,000 dollars, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I also expect a response
