Great place to stay!

This is our 2nd stay at this location and we will be back! Very clean and nicely decorated. 2 king size beds and both are very comfortable. Excellent place to stay!

A nice getaway

The location was perfect for our family. Close to Branson and my kids enjoyed the pool and playground in the evenings. The house was nice and very comfortable!

Getaway with our Granddaughters

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was comfortable and relaxing with very nice amenities. It felt like home. The location was great being away for the busy town activities yet close enough to everything that we wanted to do. We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely Condo

My family and I stayed for a few days here and loved it. My son was able to go play on the playground right outside the sliding doors of the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The condo looks just as it is pictured. It was a very comfortable stay. We would and will be staying here again.

Area was nice The bed was definitely comfortable. The first night was a little noisy because a lot of bumping came from upstairs but the second night it was peace and quiet, I even set out in the back and yes, I would stay there again

Nice place!

Enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for all the kids. I LOVED having a pool right out the backdoor. And the easy access to the back door from our parking spot was an added bonus (instead having to go up and down steps several times a day). We've stayed at Point Royale resort several times and have always left happy!

Spring Break Stay

Loved the ease of getting to whatever we had planned for the day or evening. Great location. Beds were comfy and used the kitchen a lot to Make breakfasts and suppers. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Quiet. Definitely would stay again!

Pool ❣️ Playground

The pool and playground were directly behind our ground level patio. Awesome place to stay with kids. One of our grandkids is disabled and it was great not having to go up and down stairs to go anywhere. Highly recommended!!

This condo had the perfect location for a family with children. Steps away from the smaller , less crowded pool and the playground. The condo itself had comfortable beds and comfortable furnishings. Will definitely book again.

Short Branson Stay

Very peaceful area not far from the strip or Silver Dollar City. The playground was close right outside our condo which was a plus for our granddaughter. The condo was very roomy and nicely decorated. The only downside is one of the beds is very high up, not easy for anyone short. Otherwise very nice.

Avondale Drive Condo

Perfect and safe location. We loved that the pool and playground was as close as possible. Wish we could have stayed longer. Accurate description except the steep hill to get in the back door was harder for my dad, but we made it work . Thank you for a wonderful condo for our 1st family vacation!

Perfect Place for Families

It was a perfect place for us to stay. We could either go down stairs to go in the front door or down a side walk without stairs and go in the back. Our grandson is disabled so this was a really nice feature. The other great thing is that the pool and playground aren’t far from the back door. You can see them both from the back patio. Both bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. Everything is very clean and very nice.

Nice Place

It was a great place and location was outstanding. The electric stove made cooking near impossible. The cushions on outdoor metal furniture need replacing. The cafe at golf course was horrible. It would have been a great place to eat, but after 1st try we were done in. We would stay again.

Thanksgiving break

Nice condo, very well kept up! Great location, quick and easy to find. Only negatives were no water pressure in the sinks and also the dishwasher. Tried to do laundry and the dryer didn’t get our clothes dry after multiple times.
