On the first floor, guests will find a spacious primary bedroom suite with a comfortable King bed, large HD Smart TV, a sitting area, pool views and a large primary bathroom. The closet is large and has plenty of space for guests to use this area as a sleeping area for young children in a pack n play crib. Upstairs guests will find a second primary bedroom suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower and a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The bunk room is the perfect space for kids to sleep or gather and offers a queen bed and two twin bunk beds. The third guest bedroom shares the hall bathroom with the bunk room and also features a small balcony and a queen bed.
The Oak Beach Cottage has ample parking for 5 vehicles as well as a large garage space with two extra refrigerators and ice making capability. The large laundry room offers guests a front load washer and dryer during their stay. The cottage does have high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi available throughout the house as well as a full cable channel offering through Xfinity.
