巴克岛海龟湾

The property is right on the beach Beautiful water/sand The beach itself had lots of sargassum which was not regularly removed Did not have service on beach Instead have to go and order at bar Also no table service , which I found irksome You order food at bar and bartender places order and then brings you a paper bag with your food .hmmm. The condo itself was huge amazing Had a washer/dryer which was really nice Excellent easy instructions for checking in

The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent and our bartender Mac was the best on the island. Great drinks and good company. The other bartender - Stephanie was the opposite of Mac - she openly complained about the hotel and other co-workers - completely unprofessional (and didn’t make a good drink) . When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to listen to is someone bit$&ching while you sip on a drink. This place could be a gem with some changes.
