"My Mom and I stayed here for 9 days and it was wonderful. Having a kitchen was a game changer and we were grateful for the kitchen appliances available. The view from our room was gorgeous and the restaurant and pool area were perfect. The only thing I wished we knew was that housekeeping was minimal and our room was serviced once. If we wanted additional housekeeping, we could pay for it. 9 days? Housekeeping once? If we needed new towels or more toilet paper, we had to call, leave the towels in a laundry bag on the outside of the door, and wait for someone to exchange them with a new bag of clean laundry. That's fine, just different from what we are used to. There were 5 wild but harmless dogs roaming in the parking lots. I guess the island has too many unhoused dogs. It spooked us a little until we saw how harmless they were. Security is constantly present roaming around on golf carts. The food was really good at the restaurant. Great stay and we will be back."

"This apartment style home was very nice the view from apartment 2 was beautiful. There’s a couple grocery stores close by and lots of food options in walking distance and driving distance. There’s room a/c took a little bit to get cool, but eventually got cool in there at night time. I would recommend this place for a friend. It is right in town though as well. So there are locals around."

"Property was very clean, staff were nice & friendly. Room was really clean. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was included. Also nice bug spray provided in room. Food on site was excellent. We enjoyed everything about the resort & can’t wait to return."

"I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one was important to share. We recently stayed here and unfortunately had an issue with unexpected construction taking place in the building during our stay. The noise significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property during the daytime, and I was admittedly very disappointed with the situation. However, what happened afterward completely changed my opinion. I reached out to management after our stay and explained my frustration. I made it clear that I was not asking for a full refund—I simply felt the inconvenience should be acknowledged with some reasonable compensation. Their response went far beyond what I expected. They apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and processed a full refund for our stay. I believe you learn a lot more about a business by how they handle a problem than when everything goes perfectly. Problems happen. What matters is whether a company listens to its customers and makes things right. They absolutely did. I also want to specifically recognize Adam, who was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic throughout our stay. I appreciate the way management ultimately handled the situation. They didn't just acknowledge my concerns—they went above and beyond to m"
