"Although the breakfast needed more variety - the staff were fantastic - they knew our coffee/tea order and we found everyone who we came in contact with super friendly - i was driving around Penang and the security in the car park - was alway helpful when parking - i would stay again - room always cleaned and plenty of towels "

Two air conditioners....one for the bedroom and one for the living room makes the place cool and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is well situated and close to a shopping mall and within walking distance (around 10 min) to main tourist sites. "

"Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient. "
