“Everything was perfect, from receiving the confirmation, password to access the place. There was a Christmas tree waiting for us, it was magical and wonderful. I recommend!!!!”

“The condo is perfect for a getaway. Bill supplied linens and basic kitchen utensils/equipment. It was cozy, the scenery was beautiful and the area was quiet. If you haven’t been to the GSM area, Be sure to bring food and snacks as there are no “quick” store trips. Also, follow Bills directions- there is one way that is a little precarious for drivers lacking confidence.”

“My husband and I stayed here for one month at it was perfect for what we needed. One bedroom and one bath with full-use kitchen working electric fire pit and deck. Pictures accurately describe this condo. Bed was super comfy and bathroom had nice towels. The drive up to the condo is typical TN mountain driving so go slow around corners. Had a great stay! Lots to do in neighboring towns.”

“It was a real nice place in tbe Mountains. Wonderful views! Map of the area would have helped and how curvy the hills were. Glad we didn’t arrive when dark. Some suggestions of good local places to eat, grocery shop, and attractions would have been nice. Instructions for what to do with linen and trash. Thank you for the hospitality.”

“This condo had an incredible view with plenty of privacy given it being on the corner of the building on the third floor. It has a lot of nice updates and very comfortable beds!! The drive there is not for the faint of heart with all of the windy, steep roads. The address may be Sevierville, but it took about 40 minutes to get to the closest Pigeon Forge main attractions. “Roads were scary at night to far out from town”

“Property was clean and quiet. A bit further away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge than expected. Overall had a quiet relaxing stay.”

“Gps liked to have never found the place. All my info was a bears lodge. Didn’t see anything that said that. Wasn’t even sure we was at the right place until we just used the gate code and got in No internet at all tried calling no answer. They sent text but nothing helpful so we had no tv in bedroom because couldn’t get internet to work no phone service way out there. A piece of the Towel holder over toilet was gone. “Very clean, quite, fantastic views from the balcony. Great place to stay. Not that far from stuff to do. The road going up to the condo is very steep and curvy.”

“Beautiful surroundings and cute little studio apartment, but everything felt damp and very humid in room. There was clothes under the bed that did not belong to us and was covered in dust so had been there awhile.”
