Newport Chalets

"A/C didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work. Reached out to the host about this. Someone was sent out 2 days later. A/C worked the last day of the trip. Hot tub wasn’t working apparently before we booked and they knew that because the repair man didn’t fill the water back up. We booked this place as a last vacation for my aunt who was on hospice who really just needed a comfy place to stay and a hot tub to help aches and pains. Based off of other reviews I thought it would be good but no one had booked...

"Amazing place to stay! Very clean and spacious and a lovely view! Very close to town and the buses for town. The only downside is getting to it bc the road is very narrow and all the switch back turns so a smaller but powerful vehicle would be advantageous! Well worth it tho!"

"Excellent place to stay for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Not sure why VRBO wanted to know about skiing. There is a lake near by and Ober Mountain has downhill skiing in the winter. This cabin is close to everything. Quiet, valley view off balcony. We had a special bear visitor and this made our week. Excellent cabin for the two of us. Also, excellent layout for two small families. Both bedrooms are spacious. One upstairs and one downstairs. Easy access to all of Dollywood parks. "

"Perfect size for a family looking to stay in Pigeon Forge for the weekend. Tucked and nestled in a tranquil neighborhood at the end of the street along the creek. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking and has a nice outdoor patio to enjoy your morning coffee."

"We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and perfect for our group of 12 adult extended family members ages 20-85. We enjoyed each bedroom having its own bath, the two dining tables w lots of seating for everyone to sit together, and many different areas to gather like the back deck, theater room, game room and family room.
