Room was a little tight for my wheelchair but all in all the room was great. The automatic door entering and exiting the room was a major surprise, every hotel should have this feature in their wheelchair accessible rooms.

Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

I won't be returning. I can stay in a much safer, less sketchy place for the same price I paid at the Quality Inn and have a much nicer room that is truly a non smoking room that doesn't affect my allergies!

We were just traveling through on our way further south. Newport was a good stopping point to do some hiking the next day in the smokies near I-40.
