“The staff was extremely helpful. We were first booked at GuestLodge, but realized it would be hard for my elderly mother to get to the second floor, which is the only room they had. “Our stay was great. The bed was comfortable. Our room was on the first floor and next to the vending machines so it so super convenient. We did how ever hear the room above us's foot noise. But just like at home. Drove 2 hrs to get here and got here 40 mins early and couldn't get our roon untill the actual 3:00 check in. Wasn't too much of a problem. Traffic was crazy tho. ”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
