“The staff were very professional and welcoming. The room and property were clean. That is really the end of the good news. We stayed 2 nights off season, the cost 430.00+. The room clean but severely lacking. The showerhead, yuck, the tub filled with water when trying to take a shower, the towels, clean but paper thin, ditto bedding. Toilet backup day 1. The plugs next to the bed did not work had to charge phones on the floor with wall outlets. We did not complain, really what could staff do?……

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this……
