"We stayed in the Villas A&B unit which “B” is a separate conjoining room which was great because it has its own full kitchen and entry door to get in, which my daughter and husband utilized when coming back late and not waking us up making noise trying to make a late night snack in our kitchen, LOL. My only personal gripe would be to request a downstairs corner unit next to a bbq pit😁 other than that, the family and I had a great time staying here (3-nights) and are planning our next visit already! "

"This was one of the best stays we’ve had in years. Immediately after checking in for our one night stay we looked around and requested a second night and the process was seamless. Wendy greeted me in the office and made check-in and the adjustment so simple. We met Vinny (the maintenance/cleaner) and he was the most polite, helpful and attentive hotel worker we have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a trip. The rooms were cozy, super clean, and the access to the river was an added bonus. Overall, this is a new place we will highly recommend to friends and family & be back over and over, and can’t wait to start planning our next trip!"

"This place was a great little getaway for me & my 3 adult children & my brother. We went for a family wedding at a local venue, Stonehaven. I didn't want a hotel too far away so found this place for us to enjoy a couple days to spend together. My son, the youngest has Autism & loves swimming, so he & middle daughter swam. (Pool wasn't as clean as expected but good enough.) He has to walk barefoot indoors, so was very disappointing that floors not clean as we had to wash his feet constantly. The the floor was maybe swept, but sticky & capets in rooms were stiff as if dried with whatever spilled on it or cleaned it with. Cobwebs inside by entryway & other areas. Felt like a quick clean before arrival. Beds were very nice & comfy. Each of us had a bed! We did enjoy our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this family friendly home. The kitchen is well stocked and supplies are readily available. My grandkids loved having the deer come up each day and feeding them off the deck. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our visit. The house is very well stocked with everything that you would need, and then some. There is food for the deer and birds. There is plenty of wild life that visits the property. We had seven bucks pass through a couple of times. There were three doe and a spike that would hang out for long periods. Got to see a fox and some roadrunners come through. "

"This was our girls first river trip & our first trip with my parents. We LOVED this house. It’s so cute & quiet. The backyard is so peaceful & great to hang out on the back porch. We brought our dogs & they loved getting to come along. The deer greeting us every morning & night was so wonderful. My parents used the casita & it was nice for them to have their own space & privacy when they needed it. Dina was wonderful, so quick to communicate, & so nice! We will definitely be back!"

"Had a great time with family enjoying the house and hill country. We spent some time in Wimberley and Gruene as well as Canyon Lake. Very comfortable stay with all the amenities. Jonathan and Valerie thought of everything and were very responsive. They provided tons of info about the area and house making planning our trip and packing really efficient. Five plus stars. "
