“Immediately had to check out after checking in. The room was full of mold from top to bottom. Mold in the shower, mold all over the walls. Didn’t look like the room was even cleaned. bugs in the bed. smelled like somebody had just smoked a cigarette in the room. i’m 15 weeks pregnant and have a horrible mold allergy. Hotel wouldn’t refund me my money, but offered me a new room, even knew the next room was the exact same. ”

“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……
