1st Stay at Cape Coral

This property was amazing! Everything about the house was great! From the beds to the showers, stocked kitchen to comfy living room, just great! The outdoor pool and patio, was FABULOUS! Plus the view of the canal! So very peaceful! Patricia was great to work with and made sure everything exceeded our expectations! We will be back again!

4 nights of relaxation

We enjoyed a long weekend at the house. It's spacious and very clean. The quiet location and beautiful salt water pool were perfect for us. The close proximity to many good restaurants meant no cooking was necessary, although the kitchen was fully stocked with all the implements needed. We will definitely consider this house for our next visit to the area.

Beautiful home

Everything was clean and as advertised. We so enjoyed our stay. The pool was very well maintained and we spent most our days and late evenings there. Very quiet neighborhood. The table at the waterway was so enjoyable for morning coffee. Everything you need is well thought out. I’d definitely rent again.

Lovely Stay On The Canal

Our check in process was seamless the owner provided the information in plenty of time prior to our arrival. The house was easy to find, the neighborhood was lovely and the house was exactly as shown on the website. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and we enjoyed having coffee on the lanai (my Golden Girls Reference) every morning. We contacted the owner with a question, she was quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again and we plan on doing so when we return to the area.

We ran into a little trouble with the pool being dirty and the filter not working, but we skimmed it ourselves and someone came out and looked at it promptly. We also ran into a noisy neighbor throwing a big party all night, but that could’ve been a one time thing? We have stayed here once before and had no issues.

Amazing!!!

We are still at the house just finishing up packing before it is time to go. Our stay here has been perfect! The house is gorgeous, the views are amazing and it is close to so many things that you are never bored. Patricia was so amazing to work with, she made sure you had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back someday!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Calm along Cape Coral

As shown on the pictures, the house is nicely tugged away in the neighborhood. It was a work vacation for me and making it back to the house after lunch and cooling off in the pool made it lean more towards the vacation. The house is clean and offers everything you need. We fished right off the dock and saw a manatee coming by twice. You are five minutes away from a grocery store and within 30minutes from island and beaches. We will be back

super time at Villa Renee

We had such a great time at Pat Dolenga's Villa Renee that is was very difficult to leave. Pat had everything you would need to start a great vacation including all the kitchen essentials, towels, bedding and ect. Each room was decorated with everything that makes you feel right at home. It was also super clean. Doing business with Pat was enjoyable and we knew if there had been a problem, she would have been right on top of it. The pool was solar heated and I feel that is the only way to heat a pool as we were able to get the water temperature just right without the high cost of electricity. Out of her control was the weather and even that was super. I only wish we could have stayed longer and am looking forward to having Pat share her home with us again.

Wonderful vacation home. Beautiful interior. Great pool and pool deck for outside living and nice dock we fished from. Well stocked house with everything you could want in the kitchen & vacation play.... like beach chairs, several bikes and even Fishing poles & tackle. Was so nice to get into a very comfortable living room and beds (comfy & soft nice sheets). GREAT customer service as the owner that even called the night of check-in to make sure we got in okay and everything was up to our standards!!! WOW ! IMPORTANT WIFI NOTE: I've stayed many places from Cape Coral to Englewood which all said they have WiFi. This is important because 2 of us had to work some while there. This home has been the ONLY one to truly have high speed internet with no issues. The others have all failed and cost me more to purchase bigger personal plans and mobile MiFis for access. Thank you for a great place to stay

RELAXING GETAWAY!

My husband and I really enjoyed a long weekend in this beautiful home. He loves to fish and I love to relax in a pool. So this place was perfect. It is very spacious, accommodating 6 people comfortably. The master has a king size bed with access to the pool through sliding door. The other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. There certainly is room for a queen size inflatable bed in the family room, if needed. All the kitchen utensils, some basic grocery items pool towels are there also. There is a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The showers are beautifully tiled. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. One night we went out to eat and got caught in a downpour of rain. It was nice to have an automatic garage door opener! Garage has room for two cars. And there are bicycles if you care to bike around the canals and neighborhood. If you have a boat, there is a boat lift and very nice patio area at dock. My husband caught several really nice sized mangrove snapper. I enjoyed lounging in the large pool. There is plenty of room for some beachball vollyball in the pool for kids. The owner was always in contact and available for us in case we needed anything, which we didn't. It was perfect! But knowing she was available made me feel at ease. I would recommend this home for couples or families. Lots of room for either! We would definitely rent again!

Will not use this owner again!

My sons gave me a puppy one week before I was to go on this trip so I had NO IDEA or had plans of having the dog with me when I booked. He is a service dog, thus the reason I brought him on the trip. Just to be safe, I checked to see if the dog would be allowed and all I honestly noticed was that they were but didn't notice the fee. The day before I left the owner contacted me and said that she knows I had a dog. I agreed, never denying it and explained the situation. She said she was giving me a break with the fee and was knocking off $100 but I HAD to pay her $125 cash before I left. Of course, I did not have that money. After a lot of back and forth with calling me out on my integrity, which REALLY annoyed me as I am VERY RESPONSIBLE, I promised I would Zelle her the money the following week. Then, after I got home, she started basically calling me a liar about the number of guests that were at the house, which were TWO! Her "cleaning lady" (I left that house cleaner than when I got there, especially the floors) was complaining that all the beds were used and that too many towels were used. One of the bedrooms has the air vent shut and my poor friend was so hot, she couldn't sleep for two nights. She then moved to the other bedroom as I was in the Master bedroom. We have friends that live in the area and came by for ONE day and we were all in the pool. Apparently, you are only allowed to use one bed per person & one towel!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, home was clean and well equipped. We slept in the queen bedroom and the only concern was that the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off during the night. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach.

Very nice rental

My husband and I stayed at this home for two months. Along with our dog. Patricia, the owner was extremely helpful with any needs that we had. The home is well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool was very warm and appreciated the nice outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
