“Hotels in PA are very expensive, but the upkeep of the them and amenities does not match the price, plus the refund policy needs to be revised because when you pay for a hotel, but don't get what's advertised you should be able to get your money back. “When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47º and we found no thermostat.
