"Communication couldn’t have been better. Host replied almost immediately to my messages. The condo was spacious, clean and very nice. The only down side was that it’s on the 3rd floor which is extremely difficult for seniors to haul stuff up and down. And the neighbor underneath us complained about the noise. We weren’t noisy. We did have two small children but we tried to keep their noise to a minimum. "

"This was such a cute place to stay! It’s so close to everything and the neighborhood is nice and small. The inside was extremely nice and the book page wall was mine and my friends absolutely favorite!"

"I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. I would stay again and enjoy their easy and prompt communication when I have any questions. "

"Great place as pictured and described! There was easy free parking (and lots of parking no matter the time), small amount of steps to get into the building, easy check in. There was a full kitchen and fridge and we were able to cook and bake some meals and store them. The towels and toilet paper were really soft! The bed was very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to the Raleigh convention center. The place is a little bit older but still good! Would absolutely stay again! "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
