Our stay at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the entire resort incredibly clean and welcoming. What truly made the experience special, though, was the level of respect and hospitality we received. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A very special shoutout to Victor Montel — he went above and beyond in every interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated our experience and is a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel valued, and enjoy top-tier service, this is it. Highly recommend!
