The facilities were very nice
The water park is great for the kids
The room is spacious
The staff are fabulous, friendly and go above and beyond
Ruthan the Expedia rep is amazing and turned our stay around
The pools were lovely

Rooms weren’t clean and are in need of refurbishing.
Every cupboard creaked.
The steamers leaked hot water
The timeshares sales people were lovely but the manager was pushy, was trying everything to get the sale, said things that were factually inaccurate and kept cutting off his colleague which was very rude.
