"I loved the free shuttle that drove me to near by shops and restaurants. Loved the layout of the room and the size of the room. Beds super comfortable. Also loved the AC and blackout curtains. Had the best sleep. "

"The stay was for my parents 35th anniversary. They loved the stay and all the staff was very friendly. I checked them in the day before the stay so I could drop some gifts and my interaction with the front desk was great as well. My only con is the lobby area was not air conditioned as the rooms and the halls by the rooms. Unfortunately in late September in Arizona it’s still very hot (high 90 low 100) so waiting to check in I started to get warm. "

"Our room was amazing and HUGE overlooking the beautiful waterfalls and grounds... the staff was so kind and friendly. BTW please give MARC at the pool service, he was AMAZING and so genuine.... Loved this place and we're moving here because of the Cliffs!"
