"The access road to get to the Inn is not marked or lit at night so I passed it the first time and had to circle around to get back into the driveway to the Inn. No breakfast, two coffee machines but only one worked. Sign posted on the elevator upon check in that said the elevators were down for a couple of hours for maintenance, the sign was still up five days later and we had to carry our luggage and gear up and down to the third floor everyday for five days, guests were helping each other with luggage as there was no staff to assist. The TV went out on the second night and I had to troubleshoot it as the hotel staff was unable to get it working. The air conditioner sounded like a monster truck idling in the room all night. Dog poop in the public areas outside so watch where you walk! Most of the shops and eateries nearby close early. Elevator never worked the whole time we were there."

"I stayed one night and my room was not in the main building. Had to drive to the main building to get their complimentary breakfast. Food choices were lacking. There was absolutely no or barely hot water in the shower. Even if the weather in Phoenix is hot, I do not wish to take a cold shower. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room does not work. If your room face the main road, it is very noisy with cars passing by. No sound proof whatsoever. "
