“The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.”

“The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is very close to a beautiful beach with calm and warm water for swimming. We enjoyed having a well equipt kitchen to prepare our meals. ”

“Condo was spacious, well maintained, very clean, in a great location, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Property actually had 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise.Only issue we had was the garage code during check in, which was mentioned in other reviews so it may be helpful to update the check-in instructions to avoid confusion for future guests.”

“We had an absolutely tremendous experience at this property. The unit worked perfectly for a family of 5; check in was seamless; the host was incredibly accommodating and the location is amazing. Having the ability to experience and enjoy all of the amenities of the Ritz on Key Biscayne makes this property highly desirable. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“The caption said Penthouse…the condo is not a penthouse. This is a glorified apartment. The bed sheets weren't clean when we arrived so I had to wash the sheets. There was no soap and shampoo in the apartment. The elevators need improvements. Waiting several minutes for elevators is unacceptable. Not all of the elevators worked properly. At midnight on the last day, the key fobs for the elevators and doors stopped working so I had to visit the check in desk every time I needed to go out a door....
