"We arrived at midnight with a sleeping child. Front desk put us on ground floor so we didnt have to climb stairs. Then told us to park in the Gold members parking spot as it was closest to our room."

"The stay was very nice. I called ahead to let the hotel know that I was arriving earlier than planned. They said they would do everything possible to let me check-in early. When I arrived, my room was ready before the check-in time of 3 PM. The only downfall was the coffee machine wasn't working in the breakfast hall. The coffee machine in the lobby was working, but the coffee tasted watered down. That amenity could use some improvement."
