Property is on McKay Bay in Lake Huron with local fishing available and freighters to view.
It is located about 20 miles east of the Mackinaw Bridge. It has a large crib dock and deep water for tying up your boat. Sleeps 2 in cabin; 7 in main house; Newly remolded with new kitchen, dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, overhead fans; Bathroom with shower/tub; half bath near garage entrance; gas grill available; dining area; fully stocked kitchen and baking essentials; firewood most of the time and fire ring by the shore.

We were in town to visit family that live very close nearby. The place was convenient to go to and from there, and gave us a place to stay when we wanted some downtime. The place was super clean, had a beautiful view, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. We would love to stay again sometime.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids(14 and 11) and enjoyed the property area immensely! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything. It does not come with bath/beach towels as noted, but it had everything else down to spices and condiments. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a few days of really cool boating and meeting some of the friendliest people!

Annual UP Getaway
This is the 3rd year our longtime group of friends have traveled to the UP with our families to spend a week together! We chose this listing due to the option to also book the small cabin on the property, the location on the water, the space in the home and large yard area! We spent the majority of our time lounging by the water, around the campfire, and fishing! We brought 2 boats with us and the boat launch location is extremely convenient! The communication with the property manager was timely, kind and generous! The home is incredibly clean, comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home. They have taken the time to consider the needs of travelers and the integrity of the space is evidence of that! We cannot say enough about how much fun we had making memories with our friends and families. The location is great for day tripping to several nearby lakeside towns with great shopping and exploring. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a great vacation! We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The house is clean and had everything needed. We loved the water and location. Took day trips to Mackinaw Island, The zoo, Mackinaw City, and even visit the small beach in Hessel. We all had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone!

Spotless home!
Home was outstandingly clean and up-to-date. It was well stocked with everything you need to kick back and relax for a few days. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate (rained most of our visit) and we were unable to enjoy fishing off the dock but the area seemed quite conducive to successful fishing!
