"This home is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood and was so peaceful. The owners have made sure all necessary kitchen items are there to use and the gas fireplace was such an added treat!"

"The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. There were kayaks and a canoe to use. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed ourselves with those. Large lawn and firepit along with table. The kitchen...

Great location, super nice deco, comfy beds, cosy living room, everything you need in the house and of course great outdoor jacuzzi, fantastic feature to relax after going down the slopes. We spent Christmas Eve and day there and it was wonderful, I would 100% recommend and book again."

The host was so responsive to my needs and gave very clear instructions about what to do! The check in process was super easy! The main town is very close and mountain resorts were a 15 min drive! "Rented the home so my family could visit my sister and brother in law. House is in a great location, just off of route 16 in Bartlett. House was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The one question we had was immediately answered by the owner and taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would absolutely rent the home again if visiting the area."

"We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. It is located a short drive to North Conway which is what we wanted. There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive. The only issue we were not thrilled with is you have to bring your own sheets and towels which we did not see mentioned in the original listing. Aside from this I highly recommend this home."

"Jonathan's property on Sand Pond is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location had a wonderful remote feel to it, although it was only a short drive to the adorable town of Norway. We highly recommend a stay at this property"

"The house was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. My husband and I brought our two dogs for a little vacation. We were greeted with dog treats, bowls for food and water, personalized Good Friday Chalet stickers, and a cute sign with my name on it. Although we went in the spring, the house would also be great for one of our ski trips in the winter. "This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back."
