“Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.”

“This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. “The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. “The property was very nice, stocked, and clean. It is a bit remote and requires 225 stairs or a longer walk to access the main roads for taxi, bus, or shops. Francesco was great and helped coordinate transfers and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa (as long as you are okay with the location). ”
