Excellent included breakfast actually served at tables in the lovely courtyard by pleasant staff. That was really a nice way to start each day. The included wine and sherry later in the day were also appreciated.

Very charming well kept Inn in the heart of the shopping district. Well restored, clean, staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was served and menu to choose from included bagels, pastries, toast, etc.; cereal or oatmeal; fruit; yogurt; coffee/tea; and choice of juices. At 5:00 they had wine and cheese (cheese and crackers were simple, yet very good). Room was clean, small, but very nice. Bathroom was modern and clean.

I had an excellent stay at Kings Courtyard Inn! Everything was truly on point. The front desk team was supportive and welcoming, the rooms were very clean, and room service was quick and responsive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Charleston, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very good, and I especially enjoyed the daily wine and cheese reception from 5–6 PM. It was beautifully arranged and a wonderful touch. The charming courtyard with the fountain was also a lovely place to sit and relax. Everyone was friendly, understanding, and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent choice for staying in Charleston, and I would definitely recommend it!

Nice large, clean room and comfortable beds in a good location on the main shopping road. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a little basic but was served to your table which was nice. Parking was in garage on 5th floor behind and across from building so it was not convenient for loading and unloading of vehicle for suitcases. Overall a nice stay in good location. Loved the indoor outdoor areas and the double sinks in bathroom

Parking was easy, following the guidance given on their website under frequently asked questions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It’s conveniently located and having breakfast and happy hour included is nice. Being able to quickly grab morning coffee from the lobby was great. Super cute place and pleasant stay, I would stay again.

This inn is adorable, quaint, and the perfect stay for an easily walkable trip in Downtown Charleston. Rooms are very clean and peaceful. I loved staying here! Would definitely come back. The served complimentary breakfast, the wine and cheese, and the nighttime sherry are such wonderful additions that make this place feel so special. The courtyard is so nice. You feel like you are in your own little oasis here. Staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Parking at the garage and walking to the inn was only a slight hassle. The inn itself was SO CHARMING!!! Beautifully decorated and maintained. Night front desk staff girl was SO nice and SO helpful!! Your room key is an ACTUAL KEY!! Room was lovely and comfortable. The AM coffee was good too. Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and full of charm. There was a cute courtyard where you could enjoy free wine and cheese at night and breakfast on the morning. The staff was kind and helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s right on King Street with all the shops. We walked 10 mins to Rainbow Row and the pier with the Pineapple Fountain. My husband and son did the quick walk to the ferry to go to Fort Sumter. My kids all thought that this was the best hotel they have ever stayed at which is saying a lot. We can’t wait to go back again!
