"The cabin was great. We really enjoyed it. It was very relaxing waking up to the sun and the water. We had a problem with the TV's the first night, and left a message for the host, a maintenance person was there to fix them within 10 minutes. He changed one TV and got a new remote for the other one. Like many of the reviews, the cabin did not have a broom and because it is on the beach, the floor was covered the first night. "It was a bit tricky to find since it is hidden behind a hotel. Google maps took us to the right parking lot (Waterfront Inn) - just go all the way to the back. If you like the natural wood look, you will love this cabin. Just about perfect but missing some little details like wall hooks in bathroom/bedroom, a broom for sand on the porch, etc. Easy walk to Arnold ferry and downtown shops. "I stayed at Ironwood with my college-bound son for our last trip before taking him to Michigan State University. The house was beautiful. We took day trips to downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and at night we sat by the fire pit chatting and stargazing. The whole trip was relaxing for both of us. It was the perfect end of summer vacation. We will be back!"
