“One of the staff members was extremely unprofessional and rude when asked about kids running the hallways until midnight. I get it, it’s not hugely within their control, however they could have done a better job ensuring things stopped and definitely not being rude to me when I was just inquiring about it. When asked if there was a manager she said not on site and that they were taking months off and one was on vacation. I emailed one manager with no response. Our room didn’t have several basic……

“Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.”
