"Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again ! "

"Location is safe. Property and room are clean. Negative is that we're on the 2nd floor and there isn't an elevator. Other issue is that we're in a room directly above the lounge and they're playing music loud and performing karaoke until 11 pm. We have to leave super early in the morning so I hope that we're able to get some sleep."

"This property was amazing I loved the layout. Great smoking area outside. Will be back many more times. Only downfall was the breakfast they should of had more options for people especially that are lactose intolerant."

On our last morning I was feeling unwell and she took note of that, went out of her way to ask how i was (it was just tiredness plus serious pollen that day so a very bad allergy day) and got me a lovely cup of tea. Hyatt is lucky to have her"
