"Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left.

"We stayed there before but didn't realize the double bed size was not a queen size. However, we managed this. Otherwise, a great hotel as expected. Friendly and helpful staff. "

But the rooms was clean smell good and they was cool at the front desk great personality and it was a fishing pier in the back the view on your balcony area a great view I enjoy my stay and for the price I will definitely visit again "

"The two queen beds were very comfortable. Usually the side closest to the bathroom is worn out, but not here. The room and bathroom was very clean. Also, one of the few hotels I have stayed at that actually had enough towel hooks for 4 people staying in the room. "

"Coastal is one of my go tos for Va Beach. I love the room setup. I do wish there was a door to both king rooms not just one. The rooms need to be updated along with the beds but still a great hotel choice. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is always good and I love the coffee machines!"
"I will be coming back every year! The room was very clean and spacious. No issues with the room at all! Last year the floor hallways and trash were cleaned up AM sharp. And the solution that was used on the floors smelled so good! Didn’t smell like they were using the same cleaning products this year and a little on the late side of the afternoon for the trash pickups by the elevator. Please go back to the same cleaning products for your floors and maybe add one more person to help with the daily cleanups. But all around great family stay for the week with my future mother in love! The breakfast bar was excellent. The normal one two for a breakfast buffet food but it was clean and the coffee OMG the coffee is amazing! Please don’t ever change your coffee! The pool is small and needs a little paint on the edges but again it was clean! So no complaints! We will see you next year BA Beach and Garner Hotel!!! Thank you!"
"For a quick overnight stay everything was fine . We literally checked in went to dinner slept and left. Bed was so comfy and the room so quiet that we over slept."
