My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. Der Check-in erfolgt selber via Screen, die Reception ist nicht besetzt, das funktioniert soweit gut. Jedoch war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. ...
