"Location was prime and the views of the lake were amazing. The house itself is great while some of the furnishings as others have stated are lacking. No nightstands in the main bedroom, and honestly for such a large table to sit and eat there were only six chairs. They were a mismatch of sorts. "Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us! After a period of personal crisis, getting away, far away into the woods!!, was exactly what I needed. We loved eating on the deck. The cabin was spotless. It has everything you could need. A few items for potential guests: the cabin is up several stairs. Once you are in it, it’s fine, but I know my mom would not be able to make it up and my daughter who recently had knee surgery had to take it slow. You’d want 4pm if you came in any colder...

"Generally good. Our granddaughter and her husband and two of Julie’s cousins stayed there. They had all their meals at our house so didn’t use the kitchen. The only negative was a bag of garbage on the porch from the last rental that hadn’t been picked up yet. Everything in the house itself was very clean and neat."

"We had a Christmas week trip with another family. 4 adults and 4 Teens. Location is great. Close to mountain. Would say only downside is that while there are beds for 10 people, the house is smaller than it appears in pictures and not sure it would be comfortable for that many, mostly in the common area. Overall, a good experience."
