“The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. “Booked a last-minute room the day of checking in to ski Killington’s (potential) last day of the 25/26 season. The entire place is so nice and cozy, and I loved the home-baked cookies and coffee/tea station. My partner and I also greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the delicious breakfast. We can’t wait to be back!”
