New cottage that can be your "home away from home" while on PEI! This new build sits perched on Sunset Lane in the picturesque countryside of Clinton over-looking the Sou'west River. The cottage has an ICF foundation with 4' frost walls, helping to keep things cozy. Once inside, you'll find a clean and bright layout with white trim finishings and wood-beam accented ceilings. All new appliances in the kitchen round out the modern yet comforting feel of the open concept living area. Each of the three bedrooms has a large closet, with the master having a double closet and ensuite access to the full bath. The other full bath has a new washer and dryer side-by-side. Just off the kitchen, you will find a large coat closet by the side door entry. Queen beds in the master and 2nd bedrooms with a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with double and single mattresses. Views of the river from the front and side decks will have you loving life. 3 Tv's with internet (No Cable), Xbox One with games for the kids. You are just five minutes to championship golf courses, two minutes to Clinton Hills. The cottage has everything you could want, Come relax and enjoy your stay in PEI's paradise.

Wonderful stay!

The location was beautiful and the cottage was spacious, airy and well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful when we experienced issues with the Wifi. Our family of 5 fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet place to stay on the island

Awesome Getaway

This was our first time in PeI and we stayed in the perfect spot for all of the places we wanted to check out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we return back to PEI.

Great vacation getaway

We stayed for three nights. All were adults. The accommodation was super. Lots of room for everyone. The grounds and Cottage were pristine. Our little dog had so much fun running through the fields. We would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous view

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The inside is quaint, clean and comfortable and the deck was lovely to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much! I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a great time. The location was excellent.. easy to get to all parts of the island. The property was well equipped with everything that you would need for your stay.. Darcy responded quickly to any questions we had and provided great tips to buy lobster/steak.. Would highly recommend this property.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Would have appreciated a drip coffee maker rather than Keurig and 10AM checkout is a bit early. Otherwise, perfect!

Very clean house

This was a very clean house in a perfect location. It was in a very quiet area so it was nice to sit out and relax and look out at the water without having to worry about hearing neighbors or lots of cars. It was a great house for my family of 7 members and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Even Better than Advertised!

Visiting PEI is always special, and having a lovely cottage as a home base for two weeks made our time on the island even more enjoyable. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and tranquil. We lacked nothing. Our host, Darcy, was wonderful. We would definitely love to return to 41 Sunset Lane!

Central island and close to everything you need

Wonderful location for us to visit family and be close to north shore beaches and towns for shopping and fun. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was listing online said check out at 11 but cleaners came at 10. They were lovely though and we chatted as we waited for our baby to wake from a quick nap and we’re very understanding. Overall fantastic stay and would Most definitely recommend and come back!

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful cottage in PEI. It was very clean and looked very brand new inside. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a local town to grab some groceries. It was 20 minutes to Cavendish and Cavendish beach. It felt like home. The only downside was not booking it for longer.

Wonderful and peaceful stay

Can I live there please??!!

Our stay at Lady Bug Lane was fantastic. I have been telling everyone about it. The bed was soooo comfortable that we missed out on a few excursions!! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Communicating with the property manager was quick,easy and pleasant. The view was spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

Tranquil and beautiful location, wonderful cottage

This cottage rhas pretty much everything a family of 6 would need for an enjoyable vacation: a well equipped kitchen, bar with stools, dining table for 6, living room area with tv, 3 bedrooms, including nice bunk beds, plus 3 tvs, barbecue and air conditioning, and patio doors onto a nice deck with wooden chairs. There are 2 bathrooms including a separate shower and washer and dryer. There’s loads of space outside for kids and dogs to run around. The final and most important characteristic is the magnificent view. Finally, the owner is very approachable and helpful .

Perfect PEI getaway

We feel very fortunate to have found Darcy’s place in Clinton. This cottage is exactly as listed, if not better. Bright, clean, comfortable interior with panoramic views of the river from the living spaces and deck. Everything you could ask for was included in the cottage - it was just as easy to enjoy meals “at home” as it was to eat out. We used it as a home base to explore Cavendish and Kensington and it was so convenient! Just minutes to the hustle and bustle but you get to come home to peace and quiet. Two seniors, two adults, and two kids - it fit us perfectly. Don’t hesitate to book this one!
