Very bad experience

Upon arrival to my room I did my usual checking. In doing so, I found there were stains on the pillows cases, sheets and part of the mattress. I did have to remove the mattress pad to see those stains. I notified the front desk, and they brought my new bedding, to put on myself Before I settle in, I wipe down all touch surfaces. When I wiped down the chair and desk, there was dirt and crumbs present.. The last straw was when I was laying in bed in roaches crawled onto the bed. I lost it.
