“This spot is great if you are visiting the Hill Country for a float on the Frio or a hike in Garner State park. You bring your own linens and towels but everything else we needed was there. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. Would stay at one of their properties again in a heartbeat! ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“Honestly, yes this place is like a 30minute drive from any grocery store or food, but we booked this house knowing that was gonna be a small struggle. Overall we felt very welcomed in this home the moment we walked in. I feel like the house was perfectly designed to bring you peace as your surrounded by nature, and even though I get home-sick easily, something about this cabin made it so hard to say goodbye. I recommend this home to the couples that need a break from their lives, from work, from……

“Quick boys trip to float the river. Location was convenient to Happy Hollow for launch and cabin was comfortable, easily accessible and just what we needed. Firepit was great for smores each night. Great communication throughout the booking and stay process.”
